New invoicing app with W9 feature...
I’m happy to announce the Beta version of www.quickdollar.io! It’s a web application that I have been developing for several months…
After many years working as a freelancer, I found myself with the same problem over and over again. It was a pain collecting W-9s and invoices from various clients or individuals.
Quick Dollar is the solution to getting paid QUICKLY as a freelancer.
Create an invoice and w9 in less than a minute

Don’t worry about reminding them to pay. Quick Dollar will do the work with text reminders.
Let me give you a few examples.
Example #1
You are working on a film that has a lot of locations and perhaps neighboring businesses that need to be paid off. For each location, you will need a location release/agreement, invoice, and W9. The problem is that some of these locations may be owned by someone who is not very tech-savvy and still has no idea how to create an invoice or fill out a W9. You are either forced to create an invoice for them and then get them to sign a W9 physically (which then you have to scan in) or pester them until they send you the needed documents. Now you can simply text them the link to quickdollar.io when needing this info.

A producer hires you to create a schedule or budget for a film in development. You know they need the W9 if the payment is over $600 so you create an invoice on quickdollar.io after you send the deliverables. Quick Dollar sends both the invoice and W9 instantly via text and email so you don’t have to worry if they got it.

Let’s imagine that you are working on a film project and you want to Zelle/Venmo/Cashapp, etc whenever there is a reimbursement. Using Quick Dollar crew members can easily fill out the form www.quickdollar.io and attach the receipt, and fill out their payment info without you having to collect this info separately.
